Chef Kevin Gillespie’s restaurant Gunshow offers a bold, interactive take on the traditional dining experience. Dishes are presented to guests, at their tables, by the chef that prepared the dish. Cocktails are prepared table side on a rolling cart. Diners will receive 8-10 dishes, each meant to be shared between two people. Taxes, gratuity, and beverages are in addition. Reservations are required.
