Chef Kevin Gillespie’s restaurant Gunshow offers a bold, interactive take on the traditional dining experience. Dishes are presented to guests, at their tables, by the chef that prepared the dish. Cocktails are prepared table side on a rolling cart. Diners will receive 8-10 dishes, each meant to be shared between two people. Taxes, gratuity, and beverages are in addition. Reservations are required.

We would love to accommodate your party needs large or small, whatever the occasion! Reservations for parties of 9-18 are served a 10-course Family Style meal for $100 a person. The “Hired Guns” series of dining events is a creative collaboration with inventive chefs from around the nation. For one day, these “Hired Guns” will showcase their signature flavors and personalities in Gunshow’s open kitchen, creating dishes to serve alongside the restaurant’s weekly featured items and sharing their own stories with guests.
