Due to the nature of our style of service, groups over 14 people facilitate a buyout. We can host groups up to 75 people for a seated dinner or standing/cocktail style for up to 125 people. Please review our events packages for further details.

All Large Party Reservations are served a price fixed, 9-course menu of dishes from the current dinner menu. Each dish will be presented and served to you by the chefs that prepared it. Dishes are served Family Style and are meant to be shared.
Due to the nature of our space and to our unique style of service, we are only able to accommodate Large Party Reservations at either 6:00 or 8:30. When making your reservation please specify your preferred time. We are only able to seat complete parties upon arrival we ask that you keep this in mind when choosing your preferred time for dining. All guests are seated in our open, bustling dining room, unfortunately, we do not have any semi-private areas available.
Our menus are hyper-seasonal and constantly changing. When submitting your requests for a Large Party Reservation, please inform us of guests with food allergies/dietary restrictions or if anyone is vegetarian or vegan.
We apologize but verbal and visual presentations, live music, speakers and microphones are not permitted during dinner. If you are wanting a more private dining experience, the Gunshow dining room can be reserved in its entirety. A food and beverage minimum does, however, apply in these circumstances. Please refer to our PRIVATE EVENT column to the right for more details.

19-70 Guests for restaurant buyout
If a fully private event is what you are looking for, Gunshow is available Wednesday through Saturday for full restaurant buyouts. Buyout events typically begin at 6:00 pm and must conclude by 9pm with a hard close at 10 pm. We offer multiple tiers of Event Packages ranging from a 4-course dinner standard package to an extravagant build your own experience with action stations, a full bar and 5-course plated dinners. A Food and Beverage minimum is asked for all restaurant buyouts. There is no guest minimum required for a fully private event, however, due to limited space in our dining room 70 guests is the maximum for a seated dinner and up to 125 guests for a reception style event.
We do offer buyouts for smaller groups, however food and beverage minimums are the same. All menus for buyouts are seasonal and are based upon availability. Each menu is designed and crafted for your event by the Gunshow chefs and bar team. Please take a look at the different dining packages we have curated when contacting our Events Sales Manager and inquire about the one you deem appropriate for your event.
